Gundam Evolution composer worked on Monster Hunter: World, Resident Evil 2


Bandai Namco revealed more information about Gundam Evolution, especially regarding the composer who will create the title tracks. Tadayoshi Makino (Monster Hunter: World, Resident Evil 2) will compose the soundtrack of Gundam Evolution. A network test trailer with the regular version of the theme was shared alongside this announcement. [Thanks, Gamer!]

Makino is credited with working on the soundtrack of Monster Hunter: World, Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite, the dogma of the dragonand Final Fantasy VII Remake, among others. He also worked in the sound team for Mobile Suit Gundam: Space Encounters. You can watch the Gundam Evolution network trailer, which features its “main theme” lineup below.

Gundam Evolution is a competitive 6v6 FPS game. It will feature several different game modes that will pit players against each other. There will be a handful of Mobile Suits for players to choose from. The title was originally announced for a Japanese release, but was later confirmed to receive a worldwide release via a PlayStation State of Play broadcast. Consumers can sign up to be part of a closed network test, which will give them access to the game.

Gundam Evolution will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC worldwide in 2022. A closed network test will take place from April 7 to April 12, 2022.
